Experience with autism? Help me explore my 20s!

Hello!

I'm Marlon. I’m 22 years old. I recently graduated from high school, and I’m looking for a support person to help me explore my 20s. My Autism makes it a bit challenging to navigate the world. So far, I know that I love rock climbing, bowling, playing darts, puzzles, and visiting the corner store. I am beginning to look for a job that’s a great fit for me.

Because my words are limited, sometimes I communicate with my actions. This can be challenging for some people. In the past, the support people who have loved working with me have been strong, consistent, and experienced with Autism or behavioral support plans.

Are you interested in helping me explore the world?

✔️ Strong and Steady – You stay calm in tough moments and know how to support someone through big feelings.
✔️ Experienced – You’ve worked with people who have intensive behavior needs, and you’re trained in ICR/Safety-Care/Handle With Care, or similar strategies.
✔️ Reliable and Respectful – You show up, follow through, and believe everyone deserves dignity and joy.

The right person will help me navigate my 20s—not just the hard stuff, but the fun stuff too. Bowling nights, road trips, trying new food, maybe even a concert or two. This is support that’s built on trust, patience, and a belief that people can grow in the right environment.

🧩 This role is perfect for:

✔️ You’ve worked with people who have intensive behavioral needs
