Caregiver Position Description 

Hello!


I'm Sharon. 

I live in the lovely town of Florence and I’m looking for some wonderful caregivers to join my team. I absolutely love going for rides in the car, enjoying music, and having fun singing and dancing.

I need caregivers who are FUN, FLEXIBLE, and CREATIVE to help me at home and join me for activities around our community. If you have experience with dementia, that would be fantastic!
 
 
 
 

Who are you?
Good candidates for this position are reliable, punctual, flexible and willing to contribute to my caregiving team.  I am a fun person who is willing to get creative about how we spend our time together. Patience and understanding is key to helping me navigate my new memory challenges.


Preferred Experience:
Background in paid or family caregiving, Alzheimer's/ dementia, mental/behavioral healthcare, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.


Duties Include:

• Companionship and active engagement
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Hands on assistance for personal care
• Memory support
• Light housework

Requirements:

• 21+years of age
• Drug Screen/TB screen
• Background checks
• Driver's license and insurance
• Be able to lift 50 pounds

 Rate:

• $26.50/hr ​
