Hello! I'm Marlon. I’m 22 years old. I recently graduated from high school, and I’m looking for a support person to help me explore my 20s. My Autism makes it a bit challenging to navigate the world. So far, I know that I love rock climbing, bowling, playing darts, puzzles, and visiting the corner store. I am beginning to look for a job that’s a great fit for me.  Because my words are limited, sometimes I communicate with my actions. This can be challenging for some people. In the past, the support people who have loved working with me have been strong, consistent, and experienced with Autism or behavioral support plans.  Are you interested in helping me explore the world?  Rate: • $26.52 /hr, direct-deposit taxes withheld  Requirements:
